ST. JOHNSVILLE - Mrs. Grace M. Baxter, age 72, currently of St. Johnsville Nursing and Rehab Center and formerly of Albany, NY, passed away peacefully on Monday evening, November 25, 2024.
Grace was born in Cohoes, NY on May 24, 1952. She spent her career as a social worker. She shared in a marriage with Mr. David Baxter.
There will be no formal funeral services. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Enea, Ciaccia & Applegate Funeral Directors.
