Gloria Piazza

Gloria M. Piazza, 79, of Lake Worth, Fla., and formerly of Herkimer, N.Y., passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005. She was born in Herkimer and later moved to Lake Worth, Fla., in 1972. Gloria was a hostess at Palm Beach National Golf and Country Club of Lake Worth, Fla. Gloria was the greatest mom in the world to her children, Vito L. of Boynton Beach, Florida and Mary Jean (Neil) Seymour of North Carolina, and she was also the best grandma to James, Jessica, Ryan, and Andrew. She also leaves her sister, Eva Macrina of Herkimer. Relatives and friends are invited to visitation on Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Holleran & Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral services for Gloria will commence on Monday, Dec. 12, at 9 a.m. from the chapel of the funeral home, where prayer will be offered and at 9:30 a.m. at Sts. Anthony and Joseph's Church, South Main Street, Herkimer, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Rev. Thomas Vail, officiating.
