George W Garrison

LITTLE FALLS- Mr. George W. Garrison, 90 of State Rte. 169 entered into eternal rest peacefully on August 1, 2009 at Folts Home. Mr. Garrison was born on July 21, 1919 in Sharon Springs, son of the late Charles and Helena (Grattop) Garrison. In 1968 he was united in marriage with Ruth Henry in Little Falls. Survivors include his wife Ruth, his son Roger Garrison of Little Falls, daughter Gennette Ostrander and her husband Paul of Gloversville, his step sons Earl Stock and his wife Barbara of Little Falls, John Akerley and his wife Toni of Salisbury, his step daughter Pauline Guarnieri of Utica; his many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; his mother in law Naomi Dawson and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brothers Charles and Kenneth and his sisters Emma and Marguerite. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 West Monroe St. Little Falls, NY on Tuesday evening August 4, 2009 from 6-8 PM. A religious service will follow at 8pm with Father Joe Famulare officiating. Funeral Private.
