Gary Earl Burkdorf

ST. JOHNSVILLE – Mr. Gary Earl Burkdorf, age 68, a lifelong resident of St. Johnsville , NY , passed away early Sunday morning, July 21, 2019, at St. Mary’s Hospital, in Amsterdam , with his devoted caregiver and partner, Shirley J. Webler at his side.

He was born on January 3,1951, in Little Falls, New York , a son of the late Earl Franklin Oliver Burkdorf and Anne (Youker) Burkdorf. He was a truck driver with Knight Transportation and loved nature and animals.

He is survived by several siblings; cousins; and nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents; his wife, Michelle A. (Smith); and his daughter, Billie Jo.

Gary ’s Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at Noon, from the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center Street , in St. Johnsville , New York , with Rev.Tom Jones, officiating. His family and friends can come to the funeral home for a calling hour between 11 and Noon and attend the services.
