RICHFIELD SPRINGS - Fred W. Anderson, age 79, of Hogsback Rd., Richfield Springs, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2014, at Bassett Medical Center, Cooperstown.
He was born on July 29, 1934, in Erie, PA, the son of Charles and Sarah (Green) Anderson. At one time, he was married to Joan Pollock who died in 1981.
Survivors include his daughter; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Highland Rural Cemetery, Jordanville.
