Frank J. Fedele, 90, of The Galinsky Apartments, Herkimer, passed away peacefully, March 17, 2012, in the Folts Home, Herkimer.
He was born December 8, 1921, in Utica, the son of the late Stepheno and Angeline DeGeorge Fedele and was educated in Utica Schools. Frank served his country in the United States Army during World War II. He was married to Dominica " Minnie" Nardelli who passed away in 1988. Frank later was united in marriage to Joyce Burton in 2007 who passed away in 2007.
Frank was employed with the United States Post Office, Utica Branch for many years. He was a cherished life member of the D.A.V. for over fifty years.
He is survived by his children; Rev. Stephen and Rita Fedele of FL; Angie and Keith Edick of MN and Pat and Al DeCola of Herkimer; his eleven grandchildren , fifteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respect at Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer from 4-7 PM, Monday, March 19, 2012. Frank's funeral will be 7 PM, Monday immediately following the calling hours with his grandson, Thomas Fedele, officiating.
