Florentena Darling

LITTLE FALLS- Mrs. Florentena Darling, 86, of Johns St. entered into eternal rest on April 2, 2010 at St. Luke?s Hospital.



She was born on December 31, 1923 in Oppenheim, daughter of the late Clarence and Minnie (Cromer) Mosher.



Florentena enjoyed spending time with her family, especially their outings together. She loved to redecorate her apartment and go shopping at Kinney?s and the Dollar Store.



Survivors include her children: Clifford Shaut, Robert Shaut and his wife Karen, Roselea Winn and her husband Keith, David Shaut and his wife Dawn, Jane Dingman and her husband Don, Raymond Shaut, Bernie Shaut, Timothy Shaut and his wife Dawn, Anna Darling, Sherry Shively and Terry Darling; her 43 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren and her nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husbands Clifford Shaut and Howard Darling Sr.; her son Daniel Shaut; her brothers Alfred and Clyde and her sisters Margaret and Glady.



The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday April 6, 2010 from 11am-2pm at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center St. Johnsville. A religious service will be held on Tuesday at 2pm at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Larry Roff officiating. Interment will follow at Brown Cemetery, Oppenheim.



In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Florentena?s name to the American Heart Association, Utica. Envelopes may be obtained at the funeral home.
