Elsie Chomiak, age 82, who has resided at Folts Homes since August 2, 2002, passed away on Thursday afternoon, September 23, 2004 in that facility. Her funeral arrangements in care of the Holleran-Enea Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer, are incomplete at this time. A complete obituary will follow.
