Elizabeth Hoyer

Elizabeth L. ?Betty? Hoyer, 70 formerly of Ephratah, passed away on Thursday April 7, 2005, at the St. Johnsville Nursing Home. She was born June 6, 1934 in St. Johnsville the daughter of the late Herbert & Myrtle (Collins) Patterson. Betty was a graduate of Oppenheim ? Ephratah High School. Her marriage to Frederick Hoyer took place in Fort Plain in 1953. Mr. Hoyer passed away in 1987. Survivors include 2 sons; David Hoyer and wife Debra of Florida, & Dennis Hoyer of Ephratah, 2 daughters; Patricia MacPhail and husband Gary of Ephratah, & Dani Frasier and husband Roger of Lassellsville, 4 brothers; Herbert Patterson and wife Ellen of Fort Plain, Richard Patterson and wife Rhodamary of Virginia, Daniel Patterson and wife Marilynn of Oppenheim, & Joseph Patterson and wife Carol of Ephratah, a sister; Sarah Perkins and husband Daniel of Canajoharie, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, 1 aunt, and several nieces, & nephews. She was pre-deceased by 2 brothers; Edward & James Patterson. Memorial services will be held on Sunday April 10, 2005 at 1:00 pm at St. Paul?s Lutheran Church in St. Johnsville. Arrangements are under the direction of the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center St., St. Johnsville, NY. There are no calling hours.
