Douglas H. "Doug" Graudons, age 27, of 147 Koziol Rd., Mohawk passed away on July 20, 2003 unexpectedly in the town of St. Johnsville. Doug was born on August 5, 1975 in Little Falls, a son of Henry "Hank" and Claudia (Johnson) Graudons. He graduated with the Little Falls High School class of 1993. He owned and operated Doug's Repair Garage in Mohawk and was at one time employed by Charlie Stahl's Sales and Service. Doug's main gift was his wonderful mechanic skills and even was known by his family and friends as a jack of all trades. He spent countless hours working on vehicles in his garage. He enjoyed the outdoors and what it had to offer. Doug touched, energized, and influenced the dreams, hopes, hearts, and lives of countless numbers of people. He proved to his son Doug, Jr., to be a trusting parent, one who was interested and involved in his sons life. A natural people person, he had a winning personality, one that was enlivened by his special sense of humor. He had an innate and unique ability to interact with others and was a tremendous role model to all of his family and friends. He leaves his loving parents, Henry and Claudia Graudons of Mohawk, his beloved son, Douglas H. Graudons, Jr. and Doug Jr's mother Trina, of Little Falls, a special brother, Brian Graudons of Little Falls, two cherished sisters, Beth Graudons of Ilion and Laura Graudons of Little Falls, aunts and uncles, Robert Johnson and friend Candi, Judy Clemons and husband Bill, Linda Hoose and husband Rosco, Susan Johnson and friend David, David Johnson, Helen Kennedy and husband Eric, Terry Graudons and wife Cora, Barb Graudons and Carol Graudons, nieces and nephews, Emily Arabia, Karli Vasquez, Jordan Graudons and Andrew Welden, many cousins and several dear friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Robert and Adeline Johnson and his paternal grandparents, Henry and Audrey Graudons, a niece and a nephew, Cheltsey and Dillon Ropeter. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Enea Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls on Wednesday, July 23, 2003 from 5-8 p.m. There will be an hour of visitation on Thursday, July 24, 2003 from 10-11 am at the First Baptist Church, Albany, St., Little Falls. Doug's funeral will commence on Thursday morning, at 11 am in the Church with the Rev. Donald Dixon, pastor officiating and the Rev. David Krehbiel co-officiating. Procession will follow to Dolgeville Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
