Donald Crimmins

ILION ? Donald ?Don Don? W. Crimmins III, 33, of 122 Second St., Ilion died unexpectedly Sunday, March 30, 2008. He was born on March 5, 1975, in Syracuse, the son of Donald W. Crimmins II and Louise Ann (Waryas) Crimmins and graduated from Ilion High School in 1993. He was employed as a sales rep at Marcy Carpet Outlet and previously had been a commercial flooring installer for Syracuse Flooring. Survivors include his father and step-mother Donald W. Crimmins II and Carrie Dygert of Ilion, paternal grandmother Sue Crimmins of Herkimer, his mother Louise Stefanko of Indiana, his maternal grandfather Harvey Pederson of Liverpool, N.Y.; two sons, Andrew ?Drew? Crimmins of Utica, and Donald ?Diddy? Crimmins IV of Ilion; two sisters, Carrie Crimmins and her friend Johnnie Ocean of Long Beach, CA, and Kelly Cirelli and her husband Vincent of Mohawk; three brothers, Dale Dygert Jr. of Herkimer, and Duane and Jason Dygert of Ilion, two nieces, Kaitlyn and Kierstin Paracka, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends, Jaime Boyd, Randy McCaw, Bob and Beck Knoblauch, and many other close friends. Funeral services will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at the Applegate-Day & Enea Family Funeral Home, 102 West St., Ilion, with Father Alfred Lamanna officiating. Interment will be in St. Mary?s Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, contributions may be made at the special memorial fund for the benefit of his sons. Special envelopes are available at the Applegate-Day & Enea Family Funeral Home, Ilion.
