David C. Thompson

Mr. David C. Thompson, age 88, currently of St. Johnsville and formerly of Gloversville, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2024 at the St. Johnsville Nursing & Rehabilitation Center where he has been a resident these past seven years.
Born in Fanwood, NJ on May 8, 1935, David was the son of the late Hugh and Corliss Thompson. He received an advanced education and through many years of hard work earned his PhD in Psychology. Subsequently, he established a private psychology practice in Gloversville where he worked for many years.
Survivors include his wife of over 45 years, Virginia Thompson; his sons, Oliver Thompson, Marco Thompson and Ben Thompson; along with his extended family and friends.
In keeping with David's wishes there will be no formal services. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Enea, Ciaccia & Applegate funeral directors.
