Mr. David Clyde King, age 64, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the MVHS St. Elizabeth Campus.
Born in Herkimer on October 11, 1958, David was the son of the late Clyde C. and Isabelle (Vincent) King. He was raised and educated locally, attending Ilion High School and Herkimer County BOCES.
Dave last worked for the State Bowling Center in Ilion. He loved his time spent at the bowling alley as well as riding his bike and of course, his daily coffee at Stewarts! He will be missed by his many friends at Prindle Apartments in Ilion where Dave resided.
He is survived by his brothers, Don King and Danny King, both of Herkimer; his sisters, Kathy Pratt of Frankfort and Eileen Loomis Grant of Ilion; his nieces and nephews, Sabrina King, Donald King, Jr., Trista Randall, Chucky Randall, Jr., Annabelle Randall, Kathy (Randall) Youker, Scott Randall, Jason Loomis, Jonathan Loomis, Katrina DePietro and Chris Loomis, along with many more too numerous to mention.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend Dave’s visitation on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 3:00PM – 4:00PM at the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, (315) 894-8000. We will conclude with a prayer service at 4:00PM.
