ST. JOHNSVILLE – David W. Johnson, Sr., 60, of State Highway 5, passed away August 23rd, 2023, at Albany Medical Center.
He was born in Little Falls, New York, a son to the late Robert and Adeline (Stowell) Johnson and was educated in Little Falls schools. He worked at Taylor Made Accessories, in Johnstown. Dave was a great guy who enjoyed fishing, woodwork, playing cards, spending time with his grandkids, nieces and nephews and a lover of Rock N Roll.
He is survived by his life partner, Barb; his children: daughters, Stacy (Mike), and Brenda; his sons, David (Julie), and Christopher (Megan); his grandchildren, Frankie and Connor; his brother, Bob; his sisters, Judy (Bill), Claudia (Hank), Linda (Roscoe), Susie (David), and Helen (Eric); also several step children; step grandchildren; nieces and nephews, and his very special dog, Abbey.
Calling hours at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 9 Center Street, in St. Johnsville, NY, are on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 10a.m. until 12:30 p.m. We will then conclude with a graveside prayer service, at Curtis Cemetery, Salisbury, at 1:30 p.m.
David’s funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Enea, Ciaccia & Applegate Funeral Directors.
