TOWN OF COLUMBIA – David W. Hazekamp, of the Town of Columbia, passed away September 17, 2023, at age 76, at his home.
He was predeceased by his parents, Herman and Mildred (Ballard) Hazekamp and was born in Goshen, New York. He was a lifelong dairy farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Diana; son, Chad; and daughter, Jill.
