Frankfort: David DiBrango, Sr., 53, of Harter Avenue, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 19, 2013.
David was born on November 8, 1960 in Utica, a son of Anthony P. and Judy (Foley) DiBrango.
Mr. DiBrango leaves his father and stepmother, Anthony P. DiBrango and Hope Blencowe ; beloved children: daughter, Jamie Tayler; and sons, Adam and David DiBrango, Jr.; grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jaylynn, Markus, Conner, Jordan, Tabitha, and David III; brothers, Tommy, Eddie, and Tony DiBrango; and sisters, Danielle and Sherry DiBrango.
He was predeceased by his mother, Judy DiBrango; a daughter, Amanda DiBrango; and his grandparents, Blanch Perry and Carmine and Josephine DiBrango.
Dave was very involved with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren, with whom he was extremely close towards the end. David loved to play his guitar and with dog, Max, and to barbeque and relax in his backyard. He was a devoted father and grandfather and was cherished by all. He will be greatly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects on Friday, December 27, 2013 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Ilion (town of Frankfort). His Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 10:00 AM in Annunciation Church, West Street, Ilion.
