SCHUYLER-ILION - David Clark, 61, of State Route 5, Herkimer Rd., Schuyler, died Sunday, May 6, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica.
He was born on July 15, 1950, in Little Falls, the son of Andrew and Rose Ellen (O'Connor) Clark. David was employed as a milker at Dairy Dell Farm, Frankfort.
Survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Johnson, of Utica: his brother and sister-in-law, James and June Clark, of Dolgeville; three nieces, Catherine (Clark) Hogan and Becky Skaine, of Sauquoit, and Tina Zeidner, of Poland; four granddaughters and two grandsons; his companion for thirty years, Linda Johnson, of Oklahoma; his best friend, Sam Brodie, of Schuyler; his sister-in-law, Bertha David; and his great friends, the Mannino family.
He was predeceased by his father, Andrew Clark, Jr., and his mother, Rose Clark.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m., Thursday, May 10, 2012, at the Applegate-Day & Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Rd., Ilion (old Main Street between Ilion and Frankfort), with Pastor Henry Kicinski, of the Calvary Baptist Church of Frankfort, officiating.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 10, 2012, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the funeral home, prior to the service.
David's family has entrusted all service arrangements and supervision to their family Funeral Director, Don Applegate.
