TOWN OF COLUMBIA – Daniel L. DesGrosielliers, age 57, of Spohn Rd., Ilion (Town of Columbia), passed away peacefully, on Saturday, September 11, 2021, at home.
He was born on January 17, 1964, in Ilion, the son of Louis and Katherine (Rood) DesGrosielliers. Dan attended Mohawk and Mt. Markham Schools. He was employed as a Farmer, at Gilbert Farms, in Litchfield, NY, for several years.
Surviving family members include his mother, Katherine “Kitty” DesGrosielliers; his daughters, Danielle DesGrosielliers, of Frankfort and Alyssa DesGrosielliers, of Utica; his sisters, Tammy DesGrosielliers, of Ilion, Lisa Robinson, of Amory, MS and Tina Sweeney, of Ilion; several grandchildren, including special grandchild, Ethan; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, Louis “Louie” DesGrosielliers.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
