Dagan Guilmette

ILION - Dagan M. Guilmette passed away peacefully on Oct. 4, 2008, at Upstate University Hospital in the presence of his family. Dagan was born July 21, 1992, at Community Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, N.Y. He attended the 10th grade at the Mohawk Valley Christian Academy, Little Falls. He enjoyed skateboarding, video games, bowling and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He also participated in his school?s track, basketball and softball programs. He was loved by all who knew him. Dagan is survived by his mom, Carolyn, and his stepdad, Thomas Moreau; dad, Michael Budlong and friend Lisa; grandmothers, June Guilmette and Dorothy Burke; brothers, Quinton and friend Jacquie, Beau and wife Claudia, Camron and wife Katie, Eric and wife Julie; sister Becky and husband Nick; nieces Brooklyn, Kamryn and Katie Rose; nephews Canon and Braden; many aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Chris Wintermute of the First Baptist Church officiating. In keeping with the family?s wishes, please consider contributions in memory of Dagan to be sent to Mohawk Valley Christian Academy, 156 W. Monroe St., Little Falls, NY 13365. The family entrusted all arrangements to Don Applegate at the Applegate-Day & Enea Funeral Home, 102 West St., Ilion.
