Cythia Diane Lowe

Cynthia Diane Lowe (Coyne), age 70, passed away on August 30, 2025, in Frankfort New York.

She was born August 4, 1955, in Utica, New York. Cynthia was the daughter of Emilie Davis and Charles Wallace Coyne. She grew up in the Mohawk Valley and graduated from Whitesboro High School before continuing her education at MVCC where she obtained her associates degree.

She worked in the billing department at Marion Medical at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. Cynthia cherished time spent with her family, friends, church community, and her beloved pets.

Cynthia was predeceased by her parents Emilie Davis Coyne and Charles Wallace Coyne. Cynthia is survived by her husband David Lowe, her sister Deborah and husband Robert DuPrau, her niece Elizabeth and husband Charles Pulluaim, and her nephew Robert and wife Abigail DuPrau.

A memorial service for Cynthia will be held on September 27, 2025, at 10:00am at the Mohawk Reformed Church, 20 South Otsego Street, Mohawk N.Y.
