FRANKFORT - Courtney Danielle Miligy, age 34, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday morning, April 15, 2025, at Wynn Hospital, with her loving family at her side. Her passing was due to unforeseen cardiac issues.
Born on May 4, 1990, Courtney is the daughter of Linda Leggio and the late Christian D'Avolio. She was raised and educated locally and attended Mount Markham schools. At one time she worked for Casa Imports.
Courtney was a beautiful soul who loved her family and friends with all her being. Her number one priority was always the well-being of her children and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her fiancee, Mike Warn; her children, Alivia Warn, Caleb Miligy, Dominick Warn, Jaxon Leachman and Arya Warn; her mother, Linda Leggio; her siblings, Samantha D'Avolio, Nicole Lightner, Kristen D'Avolio, Alexander D'Avollio, Kendall Perrone and Bailey D'Avolio; her stepmother, Brenda D'Avolio; and extended family, with special mention of Michelle D'Avolio. She also leaves a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and grandparents.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation for Courtney on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 1:00PM - 2:00PM at the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000. A prayer service will be held at 2:00PM, after which all are invited to a Celebration of Life at the Frankfort American Legion, 128 South Litchfield Street, Frankfort, NY from 3:00PM - 6:00PM.
