Clifford Vogel

Clifford R. Vogel, 79, of Shells Bush Rd., town of Herkimer, passed away away at his home. He was born on August 8, 1928, in Frey Bush, NY son of the late Vernon and Mildred (Fish) Vogle. His marriage to Elnora Smith took place on November 21, 1952, a marriage of 46 years until her passing in October of 1999. Clifford was last employed with Remington Arms, Ilion. He leaves his adopted children: Charles Vogel of Florida, Brandy Eldred of Little Falls and Melissa Knoblauch of Herkimer; a brother: Alton Vogle of Ft. Plain and a sister: Marge Dingman of Florida; eight grandchildren; three foster children: Ralph Snyder of Herkimer, Joann Montana of Herkimer and Carolyn Snyder of Ft. Plain. He was predeceased by nineteen brothers and sisters. No calling hours. Funeral service is at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Enea Family Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Ft. Plain Cemetery.
