Christine A Capece

LITTLE FALLS-Mrs. Christine A. (Compolo) Capece, 86, of Diamond St., passed away on Saturday evening, November 8, 2008 in Little Falls Hospital. She was born in Little Falls on May 30, 1922, daughter of the late Rocco and Carmella (Perry) Compolo and educated in Little Falls. She married Joseph Capece on January 30, 1942 in Little Falls. She was last employed with the former Little Frocks Dress Company, Little Falls and attended Holy Family Parish, Little Falls. She also belonged to the Oppenheim Sprite Club. Survivors include her husband Joseph of Little Falls; two brothers: Andrew Compolo and Frank Compolo and wife Carol all of Herkimer; two sisters: Jennie Cicciarelli of Dolgeville and Theresa Shumlansky and husband Richard of Little Falls; a brother in law: Marshall Scialdo and a sister in law: Olga Capece; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by three sisters: Rose Galini, Frances Richie and Lucy Scialdo and also by an infant brother. There are no calling hours. Funeral service will take place at the convenience of the family with interment in St. Mary?s Cemetery, town of Herkimer. Funeral arrangements are in care of the Enea Family Funeral Home, Little Falls.
