Charlotte Cziko

Little Falls/Long Island City-Mrs. Charlotte C. Cziko, age 81, of Long Island City, passed away on Tuesday morning, July 12, 2005 in St. John's Queens Hospital, Elmhurst, NY. She was born on December 10, 1923 in Little Falls, a daughter of the late Joseph and Caroline Zentek and received her education in Little Falls schools. She married Stephen Cziko in Little Falls sharing a blessed union of 40 years until his passing in 1985. She was of the Catholic Faith. Survivors include a son: David Cziko and wife Isabel who reside in Bronx, NY; a sister: Barbara Spurio of Ohio; a brother in law: Harry Mornelli of Little Falls; a nephew: Mark Mornelli and wife Kathy of Little Falls. She was predeceased by three sisters: Constance Mornelli, Florence Johnson and Paulina Zentek and by a niece: Sharon Nelson. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to a graveside service at the Holy Spirit Polish National Catholic Cemetery, Rt. 5, town of Herkimer on Friday, July 15, 2005 commencing at 11am. The Rev. Marion Pociecha, pastor of the Holy Spirit Polish National Catholic Church will officiate. There will be no visitation. Funeral arrangements are in care of the Enea Family Funeral Home, 24 W. Monroe St., Little Falls.
