Cathy Dupont

MOHAWK- Cathy Hull Graziano DuPont entered into eternal rest on Saturday February 28, 2009 at St. Luke's Hospital. She was born March 22,1954 and was raised in Utica. She moved to Mohawk, NY in 1996. Her life was short and simple. No great jobs or family titles, her only aspirations were to be a good person and a loving Mom. She attended Utica Schools and was a graduate of UFA and earned 2 Associate Degrees; one in Criminal Justice and the other in Paralegal. She was very proud of making the Dean's List. Cathy leaves behind her husband Wayne DuPont and 2 sons: Ryan Graziano and his wife Marisa of New Hartford and Wyatt DuPont of Mohawk. One was the moon and the stars; the other the sun and the air. Together they were her world. She is also survived by her 2 grandchildren: Michael and Amanda Graziano; her mother in law Joyce VanAlstine; her aunt Betty Mosher and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She also leaves behind a special friend; her life long friend and soulmate Tony Graziano. She is predeceased by her mother Irma Mosher; her brother Philip "Tim" Aney and her uncle Zane Mosher. At the family's request there will be no public calling hours. Spring burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery at the family's convenience. Cathy had requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to her funeral fund. Arrangements were entrusted to the Enea Family Funeral Home, Herkimer, NY.
