Carol Ann (Laymon) Naugle

Carol Ann Laymon Naugle, age 59, passed away peacefully at her home on October 10, 2023. She will be greatly missed for her sense of humor and her caring nature.

Born on October 29, 1963, Carol was the daughter of the late Ronald and Norma Young.

She leaves behind a loving partner of 13 years, John Evanciew; her four children, Garreth & Julie Naugle, Janice & Craig Dennis, Colleen & Eric Bennett, and Pamela & Paul Farrigan; as well as three bonus children, Jeff Evanciew, Josh Evanciew and Holly Evanciew.

She also leaves seventeen beautiful grandchildren, Lila, Bryce, Grant, Olivia, Tyler, Heather, Anthony, Caity, Richard, Valerie, Abagail, Janis, Andrew, Gillian, Laura, Deborah and Emily; Claire, Amelie and Katara; two great-grandchildren, Chloe & Sophia; her siblings, Steven & Pam Laymon, Kevin Laymon & Sue, and Kristen & Dave McManus; along with many cousins and extended family.

She worked for 20 years for the Lexington Center. She worked all of her life helping people in healthcare. She always enjoyed her family time with her children and grandchildren. She also loved her time at the casino!

Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation for Carol on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 from 11:00AM – 1:00PM at the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000. Carol’s funeral service will take place at 1:00PM at the funeral home, immediately upon the conclusion of visitation.

Following funeral home services, the family invites all to join them for a Celebration of Life at the Ilion Elks Club, 8 West Street, Ilion, NY.
