TOWN OF FAIRFIELD – Mr. Brian K. Jackson, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on Monday evening, October 15, 2018, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica , NY .

He was born March 2, 1958, in Little Falls, a son of the late Donald and Phyllis ( Metz ) Jackson. He was a graduate of West Canada Valley School , ‘Class of 1976.’ He married Shirley J. Gay on May 28, 1988, in Newport . He was currently employed at Faxton – St. Luke’s Healthcare, Town of New Hartford , Medical Record Department. He loved music, guitar, singing and fishing, and above all first and foremost was a loving caregiver to his devoted family. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his beloved family, wife, of 30 years, Shirley; his daughter, Briana Jackson; a special nephew, Kevin Jackson; his grandchildren, Makayla Cool, Riley Cool, Madison Cool, and AJ Hunt; his siblings, Donnie and his wife, Mary, Robyn and her husband, Charles, Edie and her husband, Rob, Phyllis and her husband, Dan, Shannon and her partner, Michael, Jamie and his wife, Kim and Davy Dolly; his sister – in – law, Kathy Jackson; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Jessica Jackson; his mother, Phyllis Dolly; his brother, Kevin Jackson; and his father, Donald Jackson.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM at The Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 North Washington Street in Herkimer , NY . Interment will take place in Middleville Cemetery . Calling hours at the funeral home are on Saturday prior to the funeral from 1 until 3 PM.
