ILION - Mr. Brian Paul Coonrod, age 59, formerly of Rome and currently of Ilion, passed away peacefully on Monday evening, April 14, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. At the time of his passing, he had the love and support of his devoted companion, Lisa Bienkowski, at his bedside.
Born on February 12, 1966, in Rome, Brian was the son of the late Paul and Gayle (Staple) Coonrod. He graduated from Rome Free Academy. At one time he was employed with International Wire.
In keeping with Brian's wishes there will be no formal services. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Enea, Ciaccia & Applegate Funeral Directors. Online notes of sympathy may be left at www.eneafamily.com .
