FRANKFORT – Bradley W. “Brad” Pratt, age 37, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 7, 2025, of natural causes. His passing occurred in the privacy and comfort of his home.
Born in Ilion on April 26, 1987, Brad is the son of William Pratt and Lori (Dixon) Tabor. He was raised and educated locally, graduating with the Ilion High School Class of 2006. It was soon thereafter that Brad began his employment with Central Security Systems; a company which he spent his career with as a technician. Brad loved his job and he made lasting friendships with his clients and co-workers, alike.
Brad was an avid outdoorsman who appreciated the beauty and simplicity of nature. He could often times be found camping, hiking, exploring the Adirondacks or perfecting his archery skills. His inquisitive nature and curiosity were evident in his constant need to explore the world around him.
He had a stoic personality and stood firm on the things he believed in, steering clear of any drama. Peace and quiet were important to Brad in maintaining a positive mindset. He loved his family and shared a special bond with each of his parents, brothers and grandparents.
In his younger years, Brad enjoyed riding his motorcycle, exploring the countryside and taking in his surroundings. He was also an avid gamer and spent time playing with friends and family, both near and far. Perhaps one of the things that Brad was most passionate about, however, were his beloved Buffalo Bills. He was a diehard fan and a proud member of Bills Mafia. GO BILLS!
Brad is survived by his parents, Lori Tabor and fiancé, Mike Rodio of Frankfort and William and Ellen Pratt of Larkspur, Colorado; his grandparents, Donald and Lois Sciortino of Frankfort and Art and Nellie Pratt of Mohawk; and his brothers, Justin Pratt of Butler, Tennessee, James Ferguson and Alyssa Paul of Frankfort and Logan Pratt of Larkspur, Colorado. He also leaves his aunts and uncles, Vicki Rose, Chrissy and Richard Marsden, John and Linda Langerlaan and Jeff and Jennifer Langerlaan; along with several cousins, with special mention of Kyle Rose.
Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 4:00PM – 6:00PM at the Enea & Ciaccia Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, Town of Frankfort, Ilion, NY (315) 894-8000.
