Obituary
HERKIMER-Betty Jean Farris, 74 of N. Washington St., passed away on Friday evening, December 11, 2009 in St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Utica.

She was born on January 29, 1934 in Wichita County, Texas the daughter of the late James and Mamie (Harris) Farris and educated in Wichita Falls Schools.

Survivors include three daughters: Sharon Esposito of Little Falls, Brenda Domel and husband Kenneth of Texas and Trisha Minks also of Texas; two brothers: Dennis and Mitchell Farris both of Texas; a sister: Bernice Farris of Texas; three beloved grandchildren: Monte Esposito, Mark Esposito and Kaleb Domel; several great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Marvin Wayne Alter; by a sister: Dorothy Farris and by other siblins.
