MOHAWK – Athens Adam Kotary, infant, passed away Wednesday February 1, 2017 at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, NY. A special thank-you is extended to the entire staff of the birthing center at the hospital for the wonderful compassionate care for the family.
He is survived by his mom and dad, Danielle (Morey) and Jon Adam Kotary of Mohawk, Grandparents, Linda VanDelinder, Joel Morey, Sr., and Deborah Morey, his great-grandmother Gladys Hefner, Aunts and Uncles, Angela Obrist and husband Rob, Joel Morey, Jr. and wife Amanda, and Jeffrey Kotary and wife Barbara and several cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Carl VanDelinder and Charles A. Kotary, Jr., his great-grandparents, Betty Snyder, Leo Morey, and Eleanor Morey, and Harold H. Hefner, Sr., Charles A. Kotary, Sr., and Jean A. Kotary.
