Anne DeFazio, 81, of Valley Health Services, Herkimer, passed away on Sunday afternoon, January 28, 2007 in Faxton/St. Luke's Healthcare, New Hartford. Services will be private. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family in Cypress Hills Cemetery, Queens, NY. The family is being served by the Holleran & Enea Family Funeral Home, 220 N. Washington St., Herkimer, (866-1011).
