Ann Congilaro

Irondequoit/Frankfort/Ilion- On April 21, 2008, Ann J. (Tuzzolino) Congilaro at the young age of 86, joined in heaven her husband, Angelo who predeceased her in 2003, and her daughter, Concetta, who predeceased her in 1959. Her passing occurred in St. Ann's Nursing Home, Rochester. She is survived by her sons: Paul, Phillip, Angelo and Peter Congilaro; grandchildren: Jennifer, Mary Theresa, Jason, Christopher, Hannah, Alyssa, Phillip Jr., Jason, Angelo Joel and great-grandchildren: Ethan, Madison, Reagan, Isabella and Sophia, sisters: Mary Sportello, Josephine Ruffalo both of Frankfort and Celia Averson of Cooperstown; many nieces and nephews; and all her friends. Besides her beloved husband and daughter, she was predeceased by her parents, Philip and Concetta Tuzzolino; her sisters, Sister Mary Concepta and Rose Ahern; and her brother, Anthony Tuzzolino. There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Reverend Alfred Lamanna, Pastor Emeritus, on June 23, 2008 at 1:00 PM in Ann's hometown of Frankfort, NY at Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church. Her cremains will be buried next to her husband Angelo and daughter Concetta in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frankfort. The family is being served by the Enea Family Funeral Home, 4309 Acme Road, between Frankfort and Ilion, (894-8000), Daniel J. Enea, funeral director.
