LITTLE FALLS-Angela Mary Lanza, 86 of Burwell Street, went home to be with the Lord peacefully on Sunday morning, February 27, 2011 in Little Falls Hospital.
She was born on February 22, 1925 in Little Falls, daughter of the late Anthony Lanza and Cecilia Ruggieri and educated in Little Falls schools, graduating with the "Class of 1943". She was last employed with UNIVAC and was a communicant of Holy Family Parish, Little Falls and always remained devoted to the Catholic Faith.
Survivors include her devoted brothers: Nicholas Lanza and wife Emma of Herkimer and Father Daniel Lanza of Little Falls who resided with Angela; also surviving are many extended family members including nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Nicolena Lanza, Christine Cuda and Anne DeAngelis.
Funeral services are private. She was embraced by the unconditional love of our Lord and Savior via the Sacrament of the Sick. Angela Mary's soul was given its opportunity to enjoy eternal peace in Heaven as she readily believed and promised by Christ. Please, pray for me! Thank you.
