Anastasia Panarites "Ann" Sprague

ILION - Anastasia "Ann" Panarites Sprague passed away in Phoenix, Arizona, with her loving family by her side.



Ann was born in Ilion, the daughter of James "Jim" and Helen Panarites. She attended local schools and graduated from Ohio University. Ann married George Sprague, living in Miami, Florida. George passed away when the children were young. Ann was a school teacher and raised her four children.



Ann is survived by her sister, Katherine (Crist) Brown and their children. Ann had one son, Demetri; three daughters, Goldie Burge (Richard) and sons, Nicholas and Zachary, of Phoenix, AZ, Mary Anne Spencer and son, Cody, of Florida, and Georgianna (Donald) Mlsna and their children, Anastasia Ann and Richard George, of Phoenix, AZ.



Anastasia was predeceased by her sister, Mary Panarites Gasper, and her brother, Constantine "Gus" Panarites.



Ann and her children were a close and loving family.



Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 18, 2014, on the Panarites family lot at the Armory Hill Cemetery, Benedict Ave., Ilion, with Father David Smith, of St. Sophia's Church of Syracuse, officiating.
