Aaron G. Mitchell

Aaron G. Mitchell, age 26 of Stark, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday May 11th, 2026.

Aaron was born on May 24, 1999, in Cooperstown, NY. He is the son of Duane Mitchell and Katherine Yaworski. Aaron graduated from Owen D. Young class of 2017. He enjoyed working on trucks and worked as a mechanic for his family's business. Aaron also loved the feeling of the open road; he loved to ride his Harley Davidson. His favorite thing to do was spend time with his son. 

He is survived by his parents, Duane Mitchell and Katherine Yaworski, his girlfriend Caraline Cross, and his cherished son Bennett. He leaves behind his siblings, Lexis, Nathan, John and Jonathan.

A graveside service will be held on Aarons Birthday, Sunday, May 24th at 12:30 pm, at the Vanhornesville Cemetery where he will be laid to rest.
